摘要
基于药性与功效关联性的深入解析,对临床中药学教学内容进行多方位、多角度的改革探索。一者可以加深学生对中医药基础理论的理解认识,以与临床辨证用药更好地对接;二者可对其今后学习方剂组方配伍用药规律起到积极的作用,真正做到理、法、方、药在临床运用中能融会贯通,从而培养中医思维,提高实践操作能力。结合临床中药学自身学科特点,以中医药学理论的内在规律为指导,在中药学的教学过程中,分析每味药的药性与功效内在联系性,并对不同功效的施用要点进行阐释。在临床中药学教学实践中,将功效与临床应用对应讲解,并紧密结合药物的性能特点进一步深度阐释,使教学内容进一步充实、完善,更加合理化、先进化、科学化,从而有助于推进临床中药学教学内容合理构建、深化改革。由于药性不同,药物具有各自的功效作用和特性。研究药性与功效之间的关联,一方面可以说明药性与功效之间存在何种关联;另一方面提出药性与功效关联的研究应从具有特征性和临床实用性等方面深入系统地进行分析。基于临床主治病证为前提,按照中医"辨证用药"的原则,阐明药性与功效两者之间的有机联系,有助于揭示中药药性本质的科学内涵。并且在此基础上,对中药功效加以科学归纳、划分,使之表述规范,有助于解决教学中初学中药学生的一些疑难困惑问题。也有利于中药临床和实验研究的深入开展,真正赋予临床中药学继承与发展相结合、传统与现代相结合的时代特色。
Based on the deep analysis of the correlation between drug properties and efficacy, the author explored the teaching contents of clinical Chinese pharmacy from various angles and perspectives. On one hand, it can deepen the students ’ understanding of the basic theories of Chinese medicine and better dock with clinical dialectical drugs. On the other hand, it plays a positive role in medication rule of prescription and prescription for the future study and genuinely accomplishes the comprehensive mastery of principle-method-recipe-medicines; so as to cultivate TCM thinking and improve practical ability, truly, method, prescription and medicine can mastery in clinical practice, so as to cultivate TCM thinking, improve practical ability. In combination with the clinical pharmacy characteristics, and the inherent law of TCM theory as a guide, in the teaching process of pharmacy, analyze the internal relations between the drug properties and efficacy of each medicine, and interprets the application points of different functions. In the process of teaching practice of clinical pharmacy, with the corresponding instruction of the efficacy and clinical, and close combination with the characteristics of drug for further explanation, the teaching content can be further enriched, perfected and made to be more rational, scientific, and advanced, so as to help promote the reasonable construction and deepening reform in teaching contents of clinical pharmacy. Because of the different drug properties, the drugs have their respective functions, effects and characteristics. Studies on the association between drug properties and efficacy, on one hand, can explain what the relationship between the drug properties and efficacy is. On the other hand, the studies should be analyzed thoroughly and systematically in characteristic feature and clinical practicability.
