宫颈癌中Furin表达与肿瘤浸润炎性细胞亚群的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察宫颈癌中Furin表达与肿瘤浸润炎性细胞亚群的关系。方法选取56例宫颈癌患者的肿瘤组织(观察组)和20例非宫颈癌且行子宫全切术患者的子宫部分组织(对照组),比较两组Furin的表达水平和炎性细胞亚群如CD4^+T细胞、CD8^+T细胞、B细胞(CD20标记)、巨噬细胞(CD68标记)、中性粒细胞(CD66标记)及嗜酸性粒细胞(颗粒酶B标记)表面因子的表达水平。分析Furin的表达水平、炎性细胞表面因子的表达水平与患者临床资料的相关性。结果两组Furin与炎性细胞表面因子(CD4、CD8、CD20、CD68、CD66和颗粒酶B)的表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。Furin表达与FIGO分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移呈正相关(P﹤0.05)。临床资料与炎性细胞表面因子相关性分析中,FIGO分期与CD4、CD68、CD66呈正相关,与CD8、CD20呈负相关(P﹤0.05);浸润深度与CD4呈正相关,与CD8、CD20呈负相关(P﹤0.05);分化程度与CD4呈正相关,与CD8呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。Furin与CD4、CD68、CD66、颗粒酶B的表达呈正相关(P﹤0.05),与CD8、CD20的表达呈负相关(P﹤0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者的肿瘤组织中Furin的表达水平与肿瘤浸润炎性细胞亚群的分布有相关性。 Objective To study the correlation between the expression of Furin and inflammatory cells infiltration in cervical carcinoma tissues. Method 56 patients with cervical carcinoma were sampled for cancer tissues as study group,while another 20 non-cervical carcinoma patients who underwent hysterectomy were taken samples of uterine tissues as control group, and then the expression level of Furin and inflammatory cells subsets, including CD4^+T, CD8^+T, B cells(CD20 tagged), macrophages(CD68 tagged), neutrophils(CD66 tagged) and eosinophils(granzyme B tagged) were compared between two groups. The correlation among Furin expression, tagged molecules and clinical characteristics was analyzed. Result The expression level of Furin and tagged molecules(CD4, CD8, CD20, CD68, CD66 and granzyme B)demonstrated statistical difference between study group and control group(P〈0.05). The expression level of Furin was positively rated to FIGO stage, infiltration depth, and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). As for the correlation analysis between clinical profiles and tagged molecules, FIGO stage was positively related with CD4, CD68, and CD66(P〈0.05),while it was negatively related with CD8 and CD20(P〈0.05); infiltration depth was positively correlated with CD4, but negatively related with CD8 and CD20(P〈0.05); differentiation was positively correlated with CD4, but negatively related with CD8(P〈0.05). A positive correlation was observed between Furin and CD4, CD68, CD66 and granzyme B(P〈0.05), but a negative association was seen with CD8 and CD20(P〈0.05). Conclusion Expression level of Furin demonstrates significant correlation with the distribution of inflammatory cells subsets in tumor cells of patients with cervical carcinoma.
