摘要
目的分析多发性骨髓瘤患者体内硼替佐米累计量与miR-324-5p、miRNA-21表达量的相关性。方法选择多发性骨髓瘤患者90例。使用硼替佐米治疗,计算体内硼替佐米累计量,检测miR-324-5p、miRNA-21表达量。比较3个疗程患者硼替佐米累计量和miR-324-5p、miRNA-21表达量,分析其相关性。结果3个疗程硼替佐米累计量比较两两比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着疗程增加,患者体内硼替佐米累计量逐渐增加。三个疗程miR-324-5p、miRNA-21表达量比较两两比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着疗程增加,患者体内miR-324-5p、miRNA-21表达量逐渐下降。硼替佐米累计量与miR-324-5p表达量、miRNA-21表达量呈负相关,其累计量越多,miR-324-5p表达量、miRNA-21表达量越低(P<0.05)。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者体内硼替佐米累计量直接影响miR-324-5p、miRNA-21表达量,其水平越高,表达量越低。
Objective To investigate the correlation of cumulative bortezomib dose with miR-324-5p and miRNA-21 in patients with multiple myeloma.Methods 90 patients with multiple myeloma were enrolled.All patients received bortezomib treatment,and the cumulative dose of bortezomib was recorded.The expression levels of miR-324-5p and miRNA-21 were detected.Then the cumulative dose of bortezomib and the expression levels of miR-324-5p and miRNA-21 in 3 treatment courses were compared,and the correlation of cumulative bortezomib dose with miR-324-5p and miRNA-21 in patients with multiple myeloma was discussed.Results Pairwise comparison of the cumulative amount of bortezomib among three treatment courses showed statistical significance(P<0.05).With the increase of treatment course,the cumulative amount of bortezomib in patients gradually increased.Pairwise comparison of expression levels of miR-324-5p and miRNA-21 among three treatment courses showed statistical significance(P<0.05).With the increase of treatment courses,the expression levels of miR-324-5p and miRNA-21 in patients gradually decreased.The cumulative amount of bortezomib was negatively correlated with miR-324-5p and miRNA-21 expressions;The expression of the two indicators was gradually decreased with the increase of cumulative bortezomib dose(P<0.05).Conclusion The cumulative bortezomib dose in patients with multiple myeloma directly affects the expression levels of miR-324-5p and miRNA-21,and the expression of the 2 indicators is gradually decreased with the increase of cumulative bortezomib dose.
