摘要
目的:研究牛膝的化学成分。方法:将牛膝根切成小段,用95%乙醇提取,将浓缩的提取液经过Sephadex LH-20、ODS、硅胶柱层析等多种柱色谱技术,以及制备液相色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据所得化合物的理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从牛膝的95%乙醇提物中分离并鉴定13个化合物,分别为:β-蜕皮甾酮(1)、25-R-牛膝甾酮(2)、25-S-牛膝甾酮(3)、水龙骨甾酮(4)、土克甾酮(5)、palythoalone B(6)、尿嘧啶苷(7)、甲基焦谷氨酸(8)、腺嘌呤(9)、掌叶半夏碱丁(10)、N-反式阿魏酰基酪胺(11)、N-顺式阿魏酰基酪胺(12)、N-反式阿魏酰-3-甲氧基酪胺-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖(13)。结论:其中,化合物5~10系首次从牛膝中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constitutes from the Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix. Methods: The Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix were cut into pieces,and then extracted with 95% ethanol. The concentrated extracting solution was separated and purified by semipreparative HPLC,Sephadex LH-20,and silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical properties. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated. They were identified as β-ecdysterone( 1),25-R-inokosterone( 2),25-S-inokosterone( 3),polypodine B( 4),turkesterone( 5),palythoalone B( 6),uracil glucoside( 7),methyl pyroglutamic acid( 8),adenine( 9),pedatisectine D( 10),N-trans-feruloyltyramine( 11),N-cis-feruloyltyramine( 12),N-trans-feruloyl-3-methoxytyramine-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 13). Conclusion: Compounds 5 ~ 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
