摘要
介绍华电潍坊发电有限公司2×670 MW机组脱硝喷氨自动控制系统,分析喷氨自动控制系统存在的问题,通过对喷氨自动控制方式和系统设备的改进,采用PID控制加入前馈、动态调整喷氨调门开度等方式,实时调控喷氨量,有效控制氮氧化物排放,确保脱硝系统的安全稳定运行。
This paper introduces the automatic control system of the nitrate ammonia removal system 2×670 MW power units of Huadian Weifang Power Company Limited,and analyzes the problems existing in the automatic ammonia injection control.By adopting PID regulator with signal feedforward in the control system and dynamic adjustment of ammonia injection valve opening degree,the operator will be able to control the amount of ammonia spray more effectively in real-time thus better control on the nitrogen oxide emissions.This would ensure safe and stable operation of the denitration system.
