现场ESD+MVB总线故障分析与测试策略

摘要 针对ESD+MVB总线通信故障,现场维修人员需要有效的测试方法和策略,用于快速定位和处理故障。分析各种故障对总线的影响,给出测试策略和确定故障设备的判断依据。依据此策略和依据,现场已查明并解决多起电阻阻值异常故障、设备发送电路异常故障等,取得良好的效果。 For ESD+MVB bus communication failures, on-site maintenance personnel need effective testing methods and strategies to position and process faults rapidly. This paper analyzes the influence of different faults on the bus, and gives the bus testing strategy and judgment bases. According to the strategy and bases, several failures have been identified and solved such as several abnormal resistance tolerance and device transmission circuit faults, which proves that this strategy is of good effect.
