摘要
介绍了激光打标机理和常用的激光打标机,在调研国内电气行业基础上重点介绍了常用激光打标塑料及技术现状;介绍激光打标效果表征方法,并在实例中对不同材料激光打标效果进行表征,同时也简单介绍了激光打标工艺参数的调试;最后总结了常用激光打标塑料技术瓶颈,并展望国内激光打标材料和技术开发方向。
This paper firstly introduces the principle laser marking machine. Special attentions have been of laser marking and the normally applied paid on investigating laser marking plastics and related techniques applied in domestic switchgear line. An evaluation system is introduced to digitally express the laser marking effects, and the evaluation system is applied in examples to describe the laser marking effects of different material. Meanwhile, how to adjust laser marking technical parameters in order to obtain fine marking effects is also introduced. Finally, weaknesses of laser marking plastics and technique specially applied in switchgear are summarized. The future development of laser marking material and technique is also forecast.
