Technological Research on Polypropylene Plastics Using Laser Marking

摘要 采用20 W光纤激光器对黑色聚丙烯塑料进行激光打标,研究不同工艺参数对打标质量的影响规律,并通过对试验结果的分析优化出工艺参数。结果表明,打标线宽、堆高、熔深的增加与激光功率成正比,而与打标速度成反比。当打标频率增加时,堆高、熔深随之增加,而打标线宽基本不变。试验中获得良好打标效果的工艺参数为激光功率8 W、打标速度2m/s、打标频率20kHz。 Effects of different process parameters on marking quality of black polypropylene plastics were studied employing 20 W fiber laser. Experimental results were analyzed to optimize process parameters. The results showed that an increase in the line width,reinforcement and depth of fusion was in direct proportion to laser power and inverse proportion to marking speed. When marking frequency increased,reinforcement and depth of fusion were also added. However,the line width didn’t change. The optimum process parameters in this study were as followed:laser power of 8 W,marking speed of 2 m/s and marking frequency of 20 kHz.
