摘要
以多芳型环氧树脂为基体树脂,多芳型酚醛树脂为固化剂,研究了不同规格的色素炭黑对环氧塑封料性能的影响。通过凝胶化时间、螺旋流动长度、邵氏热硬度、体积电阻率、离子电导率和激光打标清晰度等对其进行表征。结果表明,适当降低炭黑吸油值,对环氧塑封料的理化性能影响较小,同时有利于提高环氧塑封料的电绝缘性能和激光打标清晰度。当用原生粒径为21 nm、炭黑吸油值为65 mL/100 g的JY 2021炭黑时,环氧塑封料的凝胶时间为37 s,螺旋流动长度为150 cm,邵氏热硬度为72,体积电阻率为14.7×10^(15)Ω·cm,此时离子电导率曲线最低,黑度及激光打标清晰度综合性能最好。
The effect of different specifications of pigment carbon black on the properties of epoxy molding compound is studied by using multi aromatic epoxy resin as matrix resin and multi aromatic phenolic resin as curing agent.It is characterized by gel time,spiral flow length,shore thermal hardness,volume resistivity,ionic conductivity and laser marking clarity.The results show that reducing the oil absorption value of carbon black has little influence on the physicochemical properties of epoxy molding compound,and is beneficial to improve the electrical insulation performance and laser marking clarity of epoxy molding compound.When JY 2021 carbon black with original particle size of 21 nm and oil absorption value of 65 ml/100 g is used,the gel time of epoxy molded plastic is 37 s,the spiral flow length is 150 cm,the shore thermal hardness is 72,the volume resistivity is 14.7×10^(15)Ω·cm,and the ionic conductivity curve is the lowest,blackness and laser marking clarity have the best comprehensive performance.
