摘要
介绍了纳米复合材料的制备机理和制备方法,综述了国内外纳米粒子改性环氧树脂在力学性能、热性能、电磁性能、光学等方面的最新研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望,最后提出了一种新的方案,以期提高其综合性能,从而拓宽环氧树脂在电子封装材料方面的应用领域。
The preparation mechanism and preparation ways of nanocomposites are reviewed. It is introduced that some new advances in the research of the mechanical property, thermal properties, electromagnetic properties and optical property of epoxy resin modified by nanoparticles at home and abroad, and its application is also prospected. At last, a new method is raised to improve comprehensive properties and broaden the epoxy resin in the application of electronic packaging field.
