摘要
为了使本科生导师制在创新创业教育中取得实效,需要进一步完善本科生导师制。本文在阐述完善本科生导师制的必要性的基础上,针对本科生导师制的现状,提出了完善本科生导师制的具体内容,包括明确本科生导师的职责,创新本科生导师制双选模式,将本科生导师指导与创新创业能力培养过程相结合,完善本科生导师制的各项规章制度等。对提高本科生创新创业能力具有重要意义。
To improve the performance of undergraduate tutorial system in innovation and entrepreneurship education,it is necessary to further improve the undergraduate tutorial system. In this paper,after explaining the necessity of improving the undergraduate tutorial system,we put forward the specific contents of perfecting the tutorial system, including defining the tasks of undergraduate tutor,innovating selection mechanism between undergraduate tutors and students,combining the guidance of undergraduate tutors with the process of innovation and entrepreneurship,and improving the regulations of undergraduate tutorial system etc.. It is of great significance to improve the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
