氟虫腈希夫碱化合物的合成及对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇防治效果的研究 被引量:3

摘要 柞蚕饰腹寄蝇已对传统防治药剂产生了耐药性,为了筛选新型防治药剂,以杀虫剂氟虫腈为母体化合物,与芳香醛通过醛胺缩合反应合成了6种氟虫腈希夫碱(fipronil schiff base,FSB)化合物,采用熔点测试、红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振谱(~1H-NMR)表征确认其均具有希夫碱类化合物特有的亚胺结构。以柞蚕4龄幼虫为试虫测定6种FSB化合物对柞蚕的毒性,结果表明编号为1、2的化合物对柞蚕4龄幼虫的致死中浓度(LC_(50))〉1 300 mg/L,比氟虫腈(LC_(50)=182 mg/L)的毒性低1个数量级;编号为3~6的化合物对柞蚕4龄幼虫的LC_(50)为186~221 mg/L,毒性略低于氟虫腈。以被柞蚕饰腹寄蝇寄生的柞蚕5龄幼虫供试,测定6种FSB化合物对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇的防治效果:当药液质量浓度为100 mg/L时,编号为1、2的化合物对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇的防效〈53%;当药液质量浓度为50 mg/L和100 mg/L时,编号为3~6的化合物对柞蚕饲腹寄蝇的防效均〉80%,而且以50 mg/L药液处理,编号为4~6的化合物处理组归一化柞蚕结茧率〉90%,具有一定的生产应用价值。基于合成的6种FSB化合物的结构相关参数计算值分析构效关系,认为引入硝基结构不利于获得防效高的FSB化合物,而引入呋喃环可能有助于获得防效高的FSB化合物。 Blepharipa tibialis Chao has developed drug-resistance to traditional control agents. In order to screen novel agents for controlling B. tibialis Chao, six fipronil schiff base (FSB) compounds were synthesized through aldehyde amine condensation reaction with aromatic aldehydes by using the insecticide fipronil as parent compound. Melting pointtest, infrared spectrometry (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR) were employed to confirm that all obtained FSB compounds have the imide structure characteristic of schiff base compound. The tox- icity of FSB compounds was determined by using the 4th instar tussah silkworm larvae as test insects. The results showed that the median lethal concentration (LCso) of compounds 1 and 2 to the 4th instar tussah silkworm larvae were both over 1 300 mg/L, suggesting that their toxicity is lower than fipronil ( LC50 =182 rag/L) by one or- der of magnitude. LC50 of compounds 3 to 6 ranged from 186 mg/L to 221 mg/L, indicating that they have a slight-ly lower toxicity than fipronil. The control effect of FSB compounds against B. tibialis Chao was assessed by using parasi- tized tussah silkworm larvae of the 5th instar as material. The results showed that, at 100 mg/L concentration, com- pounds 1 and 2 had less than 53% control effect against B. tibialis Chao. At 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L concentrations, compounds 3 to 6 had over 80% control effect against B. tibialis Chao. Besides, at 50 mg/L concentration, compounds 4 to 6 had over 90% normalized cocooning rate of tussah silkworm, suggesting that they are promising in practical applica- tion. Structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis based on calculated values of structure related parameters of the six synthesized FSB compounds indicated that introduction of nitro group is not helpful and introduction of furan ring can be helpful for obtaining high effect FSB compounds.
