摘要
在害虫抗性治理中,不同作用机理的杀虫剂混用是有效途径之一。"灭蚕蝇一号"长期使用导致柞蚕饰腹寄蝇产生抗性,如今防效较低。为提高其防效,采用环丙氨嗪、伊维菌素、异稻瘟净分别与"灭蚕蝇一号"混用防治寄蝇,结果表明3种药剂均可使其对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇的防效由50.5%提高至79.5%以上。对异稻瘟净的增效作用的初步分析表明,寄蝇的抗性可能与酯酶的变化有关。
In the resistance management of pests,usage of two pesticides with different function mechanism is one of the effective ways.‘Miecanying No.1 ’now has low control effect to Blepharipa Tibialis Chao owing to pest-resistance devolved from long-term usage.To increase its control effect,the mixture of ‘Miecanying No.1 ’with cyromazine,ivermectin,IBP,respectively was adopted in the prevention of Blepharipa Tibialis Chao.The results show that the control effect of ‘Miecanying No.1 ’on Blepharipa tibialis all increased from 50.5% to over 79.5% upon mixing with the above 3 chemicals.Preliminary analysis on the synergism of ipro-benfos on ‘Miecanying No.1 ’suggests that the resistance of Blepharipa Tibialis Chao to ‘Miecanying No.1 ’ might originate from a change of esterase.
