药剂对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇的校正防治效果统计方法改进

摘要 柞蚕饰腹寄蝇是严重危害柞蚕的寄生性害虫之一。为准确量化评价药剂对柞蚕饰腹寄蝇的防治效果,对传统校正防治效果的统计方法进行改进。改进后的统计方法将柞蚕生产中影响蛆茧率的重要产量指标试蚕结茧率作为变量之一,以传统方法统计结果与试蚕结茧率乘积的平方根数据作为校正防治效果。模拟试验数据分析中,传统方法获得的校正防治效果与试蚕结茧率呈中度相关,改进方法获得的校正防治效果与试蚕结茧率呈高度相关。在用化学药剂灭蚕蝇1号防治柞蚕饰腹寄蝇的3组试验数据中,采用传统方法统计分析仅有1组试验数据的校正防治效果与试蚕结茧率呈高度相关,而采用改进方法统计分析3组试验数据的校正防治效果均与试蚕结茧率呈高度相关。改进的校正防治效果统计方法充分考虑了尽可能多地获得蛹茧这一防治目的,有利于合理评价与筛选柞蚕饰腹寄蝇防治药剂。 Blepharipa tibialis Chao is one of the most severe parasitic pests of Chinese oak silkworm (Antheraea pernyi). To evaluate control efficacy of chemical agents against Blepharipa tibialis accurately, we revised the traditional statistical method for measuring the corrected control efficacy. The revised statistical method took cocooning rate of the test larvae, a major output index in oak silkworm production that affected maggot-parasitized cocoon rate, as one of the variables and took square root of the product of traditional statistical result and cocooning rate of the tested larvae as the corrected con- trol efficacy. Analysis of test data for simulation showed that the corrected control efficacy from traditional method was mod- erately correlated with the cocooning rate of tested larvae, but that from the revised method was highly correlated with the cocooning rate of tested larvae. In the three test data sets from using Miecanying 1 to control Blepharipa tibialJs, only one of the three corrected control efficacies was highly correlated with the cocooning rate of tested larvae when analyzed with traditional statistical method, but all three corrected control efficacies were highly correlated with the cocooning rate of test- ed larvae when analyzed with the revised method. The revised statistical method for corrected control efficacy against Blepharipa tibialis takes full consideration in obtaining as many healthy-pupa-resided cocoons as possible which is the main purpose of pest control. It is beneficial for rational evaluation and screening of control agents against Blepharipa tibialis.
