钛渣熔分电炉冷凝式耐火材料炉衬的研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于钛渣熔体活泼的化学活性导致目前冶炼钛渣时无论采用何种材质的耐火材料,都会遭受严重损坏。为了延长钛渣熔分电炉炉衬的使用寿命,结合生产工艺的要求,本文设计了以镁碳砖为耐火材料工作层的部分冷凝式炉衬结构。分析计算了炉衬耐火材料与钛渣熔液发生化学侵蚀起始临界反应温度、镁碳材质炉衬温度梯度及热流密度,并给出了确定合理的钛渣渣壳层厚度的方法。目前钛渣熔分电炉的工业化应用仍处于探索阶段,强化换热的冷凝式炉衬结构的应用也处于起步阶段。在采用冷凝式炉衬的钛渣熔分电炉工业化试生产经验总结的基础上,提出了将来冷凝式炉衬技术的研究方向。 Due to the active chemical property of the molten titanium slag, no matter what kind of refractory lining the electric furnace uses,it would suffer frequent damage when smelting titanium slag. In order to prolong the service life of the refractory lining of the titanium slagmelting electric arc furnace and meet the demands of the production technology, this paper proposes using magnesia carbon bricks as therefractory working layer of the condensing lining structure. The initial critical chemical corrosion temperature of the refractories and titaniumslag, furnace wall temperature gradient and heat flux were calculated and analyzed, and the method for obtaining the reasonable titaniumslag shell thickness of the condensing lining was given. Because the industrial application of titanium slag melting electric arc furnace is stillat a groping stage, the enhanced heat transfer of the furnace's condensing lining structure is in its infancy, so on the basis of industrial trialproduction of titanium slag melting electric arc furnace with condensing lining, research directions of condensing lining in the future arepointed out.
