摘要
通过对超高功率电弧炉渣化学成分的统计分析,求出炉衬耐火材料向渣中的熔蚀量,从而定量探讨了炼钢温度、渣碱度对耐材侵蚀的影响。结果表明:渣碱度增加和出钢温度降低都使耐材侵蚀降低。用这种方法,也可较客观地评价试用新材料的效果。
The statistical analysis on the chemical composition of UHP EAF slag is performed to calculate the amount of the corrosion from furnace lining refractory into slag,thus the effect of tapping temperature and CaO/SiO 2 ratio of slag on the refractory corrosion is investigated quantitatively.The results suggest that the corrosion of refractory decreases with CaO/SiO 2 ratio of slag increasing and tapping temperature dropping.This method can give an objective appraisal of the trial results of new refractories for EAF.
