摘要
伴随数字经济迅猛发展,导致"数字工匠"出现巨大的人才供需缺口。为此,高职院校要制定"数字工匠"培养模式和培养方案,建立"数字工坊",产教融合对接培养,完善信息化教学平台,创办"数字工匠"孵化基地,促使职业教育与企业用人需求加速对接,为国家培养时代所需工匠。
With the rapid development of digital economy, the ＂digital craftsmen＂ has a huge gap between talent supply and demand. Therefore higher vocational colleges should make the training mode and training scheme of ＂digital craftsmen＂, establish the＂ digital workshop＂, realize the joint cultivation of production and education, perfect the information teaching platform, found incubators, promote the connection between vocational education and enterprises employment needs, and cultivate the craftsmen for the country.
