摘要
在分析创新精神与工匠精神关系的基础上,指出了目前中职教育在职业精神的培育方面所面临的困境,并就解决当前困境提出了全员育人、建构科学的人才培养模式,打造具有创新精神和工匠精神的教师队伍,重视学生职业态度和创新能力的培育三条建议。通过对中职学生创新精神和工匠精神的整合培育,提高中职学校的人才培养质量,为我国培养出高素质的技术、技能型人才,推动社会经济的快速发展。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between the spirit of innovation and the spirit of workmanship, this paper points out the dilemma of the current secondary vocational education in the cultivation of professional spirit, and puts forward the solution to the current dilemma of full staff cultivation and the construction of scientific talent training mode, to build a team of teacher with the spirit of innovation and the spirit of workmanship;attach importance to the cultivation of students’ professional attitude and innovative ability. Through the integration cultivation of the spirit of innovation and the spirit of workmanship of secondary vocational students, improve the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools, to train high-quality technical and skilled talents for our country, and promote the rapid development of social economy.
