摘要
目的:了解真实世界鹿瓜多肽注射液对创伤人群的临床用药特征。方法:收集26家医院使用鹿瓜多肽的住院患者,采用Apriori算法建立模型,使用Climentine12.0进行关联分析,分析其临床中西药物联合应用特征。结果:使用鹿瓜多肽注射液的创伤人群中男性(1 481例,70.12%)多于女性(631例,29.88%),以46~65岁年龄段最多(1 025例,46.07%);入院科室主要集中在骨科(72.4%);剂量范围在说明书范围内8~12mL者占多数(1 076例,52.08%);用药天数分布最多的是1~3天(1 527例,73.91%)。临床上联合中成药常与补肾壮骨剂+活血化瘀剂(规则支持度11.49%)合用,西药常与镇痛药+抗生素(54.0%)合用;两种常用中西药联合用药组合分别是接骨七厘片+血栓通注射液(规则支持度3.06%,置信度41.5%)、苯巴比妥钠+头孢唑啉(规则支持度13.33%,置信度72.4%)。结论:鹿瓜多肽注射液临床用药以中老年患者为主,临床合并频数最多的西医诊断是骨折,联合使用中西药类别最多的是活血化瘀剂、补肾壮骨剂和头孢唑啉、利多卡因注射液,有助于创伤患者的恢复。
Objective：To analyze the clinical application and regulations of medicine usage of Cervus and Cucumis Polypetide injection in the real world. Methods. By collecting the patients of 26 hospital, we modeling with Apriori and analysis the clinical characteristics of the combination with Chinese and Western Medicine. Results ： In the trauma patients group used Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide injection more males than females and the age between 46 and 65 were mostly adopted（46.07 % ）. Patients mostly choosed to the department of orthopedics（72.4%）; 8-12mL were the commonest dosae（1076cases, 52.08%） and the course of treatment mainly lasted for 1 to 3 days （1527cases, 73.91% ）. In clinic, traditional Chinese Medicines, such as Bushen Zhuanggu agents and blood activating and stasis removing agents were frequently combined with it（rule support degree of 11.49%）. Western medicine as analgesic and antibiotics were frequently combined wit it t（rule support degree of 54.0 %）. The commonly used combined drug pairs were Jiegu Qili capsule and xueshuantong injection（rule support degree of 3.06 %）, Phenobarbital and ceftazidime azole oxazoline （rule support degree of 10. 62%）. Cnclusion ： Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide injection is mainly adopted by elderly patients, mainly used to treat fracture patients and combined with blood activating and stasis removing agents, Bushen Zhuanggu agents, cefazolin and lidocaine injection to be conductive to the recovery of trauma patients.
