摘要
目的观察臭氧治疗运动致软组织损伤性疼痛的临床护理效果。方法选取医院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的运动致软组织损伤性疼痛患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各34例。2组患者均采用臭氧治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。观察2组患者的治疗效果、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率为91.2%高于对照组的70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后疼痛程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理前、中、后满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧治疗运动致软组织损伤性疼痛期间,实施综合护理干预,能进一步减轻疼痛,改善临床疗效,且能提升患者的满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical nursing effect of ozone in treatment of soft tissue injury pain caused by exercise.Methods Sixty-eight patients with exercise-induced soft tissue injury pain admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,each of 34 cases.Both groups of patients were treated with ozone,control group was given routine care,and observation group was given comprehensive care.The treatment effect,pain level and nursing satisfaction of two groups were observed.Results The effective rate of observation group(91.2%)was higher than that of control group(70.6%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of pain in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of observation group before,during and after nursing were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the period of ozone therapy for soft tissue injury pain caused by exercise,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can further alleviate pain,improve clinical efficacy,and improve patient satisfaction.
