摘要
提升机减速器作为矿井设备中关键部件,其性能及可靠性影响整个矿井设备的安全运行。由于其传动组件多,导致振动信号故障提取与诊断存在一定困难。针对提升机减速器的运行特征和振动故障产生的机理,结合传统时域振动分析法和频域振动分析法,将同态解调原理应用到提升机减速器故障诊断中。在此基础上,利用小波分析理论良好的时频分析能力,对提升机减速器振动信号进行分析处理,从而确定减速器故障类型、原因及部位。
The reducer of the hoist is a key component in mine equipments, its performance and reliability affect the safe operation of all equipments in mine. Due to many transmission components, there is some difficulty in abstracting and diagnosing faulty vibration signal. According to the operation features of the hoisting reducer and the mechanism of fault generation, after combining traditional time-domain vibration analysis method and frequency-domain vibration analysis method, the paper applied homomorphic demodulation theory to the fault diagnosis of the hoist reducer. After that, it applied the excellent timefrequency analysis ability of the wavelet analysis theory to analyze and dispose the vibration signal of the hoist reducer, so as to identify the type, cause and location of the fault of the hoist reducer.
