摘要
考虑到减速器对矿井提升机的重要性,文章对减速器常见故障展开了分析。通过分析发现,减速器故障诊断具有一定的复杂性,需要利用仪器仪表加强检测的同时,采用小波分析法加强故障分析与判断,实现故障科学诊断。结合实例,文章对减速器故障诊断应用问题进行了探讨,为相关工作的开展提供参考。
In view of the importance of reducer to mine hoist, this paper analyzes the common faults of reducer. Through the analysis, it is found that the fault diagnosis of the reducer has a certain complexity, it is necessary to use the instrument to strengthen the detection, at the same time, the wavelet analysis method is used to strengthen the fault analysis and judgment, so as to realize the scientific fault diagnosis. Based on an example, the application of fault diagnosis of reducer is discussed in this paper,which provides a reference for the development of related work.
