摘要
分析了煤矿机电一体化技术在掘进机、提升机、采煤机、支护设备中的应用现状,以及机电一体化技术的发展趋势。分析认为:研发具有自主知识产权的以煤矿配套装备及开采技术为核心主导的技术和装置,提高设备的通信能力,开发以微机和微处理器为核心的矿井设备运行状态监测系统,加大对煤矿机器人的研发力度,是我国煤矿机电一体化技术发展的必然趋势。
This paper analyzes the electromechanical integration technology in the tunneling machine, hoistingmachine, mining machine, application supporting equipment, as well as the development trend of the electromechanicalintegration technology. The analysis shows that research and development with independent intellectual property rightsin coal mine equipment and mining technology and equipment technology as the core, improve the communicationability of equipment the operation condition monitoring system of mine equipment development in microcomputer andmicroprocessor as the core, increase research and development efforts of the coal mine robot, is the inevitable trend ofthe development of China's coal mine electromechanical integration technology.
