摘要
目的:探索品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)模式在手术室设备修管理中的运用效果,加强对手术室设备的维修管理。方法:建立品管圈,进行品管圈活动,运用品管圈管理方法和工具对手术室设备维修情况进行分析,并实施相关对策。观察QCC模式在降低手术设备维修不及时率中的效果。结果:手术室设备维修不及时率从23.3%降低到了9.2%,目标达成率107.6%,进步率为60.5%。结论:QCC模式的应用,降低了手术设备的维修不及时率,提高了维修人员的工作效率,减少了手术设备故障待机时间,提高了医院的社会效率和经济效益。
bObjective：To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC） on the management of the surgical equipment.To strengthen the maintenance management of the surgical equipment.Methods：To set up QCC,use the management Methods：and tools to analyze the maintenance efficiency of the surgical equipment and implement relevant countermeasures.Observe the effect of QCC mode in reducing over-time maintenance rate of surgical equipment.Results：The over-time maintenance rate decreased from 23.3% to 9.2%,target yield rate was 107.6%,improvement rate was 60.5%.Conclusions：The QCC decreases the over-time maintenance rate of surgical equipment,improves the efficiency of the maintenance engineer,reduces the time of failure of surgical equipment,improves the hospital？s social benefit and economic efficiency.
