摘要
目的探讨医疗设备租赁式使用集中管理的效果。方法建立全院急救设备保障科室,予以租赁式使用集中管理模式,通过医学科室统一管控,以租赁形式确保各个科室有效应用。结果4个科室的调用速度分析中,心电监护设备、微量注射泵应用设备以及呼吸机应用设备应用前用时为(24.98±0.02)min、(20.12±1.98)min、(20.12±9.58)min,应用后用时为(6.85±0.20)min、(7.52±0.50)min、(7.15±1.09)min;每日利用率分析中,心电监护设备、微量注射泵应用设备以及呼吸机应用设备应用前为(3.90±0.10)h、(2.91±0.09)h(、2.01±1.02)h,应用后为(6.01±0.04)h、(4.25±0.75)h、(3.95±0.10)h。结论医疗设备租赁式集中管理模式的应用,有效改变了常规医疗设备管理形式,为全院设备的综合管控,降低医疗资源的浪费和达成资源共享提供有效管理形式。
Objective To explore the effect of centralized management of medical equipment rental use.Methods The first-aid equipment support department of the whole hospital was established,and the centralized management mode of leasing was adopted.Through the unified management and control of medical departments,the accurate application of each department was ensured in the form of leasing.Results In the four departments,the time of ECG monitoring equipment,microinjection pump application equipment and ventilator application equipment was(24.98±0.02)min,(20.12±1.98)min,(20.12±9.58)min before application,and(6.85±0.20)min,(7.52±0.50)min,(7.15±1.09)min after application.In daily utilization rate analysis,ECG monitoring equipment and microinjection pump application equipment and ventilator application equipment were used before application,they were(3.90±0.10)h,(2.91±0.09)h,(2.01±1.02)h,and after the application,they were(6.01±0.04)h,(4.25±0.75)h,(3.95±0.10)h.Conclusion The application of centralized management of medical equipment leasing has effectively changed the management form of conventional medical equipment,providing an effective management form for the comprehensive management and control of the whole hospital equipment,reducing the waste of medical resources and achieving resource sharing.
