摘要
目的探讨参芪扶正注射液对骨肉瘤大剂量化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2013年3月—2016年1月来我院治疗的骨肉瘤患者64例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例,对照组采用大剂量甲氨蝶呤/顺铂/阿霉素化疗方案;在化疗基础上,治疗组加用参芪扶正注射液250 ml/次,1次/d,疗程可与化疗同步结束。采血测定T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),比较两组间临床疗效,记录化疗不良反应。结果对照组有效率65.63%低于治疗组的87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组治疗后血清CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血清CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率低于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液可以提高骨肉瘤大剂量化疗疗效,改善免疫功能,降低毒副作用。
Objective To explore the effect of shenqi fuzheng injection on the immune function of patients with high dose chemotherapy of osteosarcoma. Methods 64 patients with osteosarcoma treated in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group （32 cases in each group）. The control group was treated with high dose methotrexate/cisplatin/doxorubicin chemotherapy. On the basis of chemotherapy, the treatment group added Shenqi Fuzheng Injection 250 ml/times, 1 time/d, and the course of treatment could be synchronized with chemotherapy. T lymphocyte subsets （CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋） were measured by blood sampling, and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups, and the adverse reaction of chemotherapy was recorded. Results The efective rate of 65.63% in the control group was lower than 87.50% in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with pretreatment, serum CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ decreased, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, serum CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, and CD4＋/CD8＋ were lower in the treatment group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. In the control group, the defect rate was lower than that in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi fuzheng injection can improve the efcacy of high dose chemotherapy in osteosarcoma, improve immune function, reduce toxic and side efects.
