摘要
目的评价社区护理在改善糖尿病患者生活质量方面的价值,为糖尿病护理工作的开展提供参考。方法选择84例2型糖尿病患者,分为接受常规用药治疗的对照组与加行社区护理的实验组,每组2型糖尿病患者42例。对比两组糖尿病患者生活质量改善情况以及血糖(2 h血糖、空腹血糖)控制情况。结果干预前,两组糖尿病患者情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能等生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对比干预前,干预后情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能生活质量评分均有明显改善,而加行社区护理干预的实验组优势更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,实验组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖控制水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理实施利于糖尿病患者血糖控制以及生活质量的改善,整体上规范糖尿病患者生活习惯,促进治疗预后,具有社区实施价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of community nursing in improving the quality of life of patients with diabetes, and to provide reference for the development of diabetes care. Methods 84 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into experimental group received conventional therapy in the control group, while the community nursing, 42 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in each group. Comparison of two groups of patients with diabetes quality of life improvement and blood glucose（2 h blood sugar, fasting blood sugar） control situation. Results Before the experiment, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores of two groups of diabetic patients, such as emotional function, cognitive function and social function（P 〉 0.05）. Before the experiment, the scores of emotional function, cognitive function and social function quality of life were improved significantly after the experiment. While the experimental group received community nursing intervention advantage is more obvious, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. In addition, the control level of 2 h blood glucose and fasting blood glucose after meal in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of community care is conducive to the improvement of blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with diabetes, and to regulate the living habits of patients with diabetes as a whole, and to promote the treatment and prognosis, which has the value of community implementation.
