摘要
目的:观察护理干预对老年糖尿病患者生存质量的影响。方法:选取社区老年糖尿病患者340例,按1∶1比例将其分成试验组170例,对照组170例,给予对照组门诊治疗,在对照组治疗的基础上为试验组患者应用社区护理干预,观察护理效果。结果:试验组老年糖尿病患者生理机能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、精力等生活质量评分均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理干预可帮助老年糖尿病患者纠正不良生活习惯,提高生活质量,改善预后,值得在各社区推广。
Objective To observe the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes quality of life. Method 340 cases of community elderly diabetes patients were selected,according to 1： 1 proportion will be divided into the experimental group 170 cases,control group 170 cases,outpatient treatment for control group,in the control group treatment for experimental group patients on the basis of the application of community nursing intervention,the nursing effect. Results The elderly diabetes patients＇ physiological function,body pain,physiological function,energy,etc. The quality of life score were higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can help elderly diabetes patients to correct bad habits,improve their quality of life,improve the prognosis,is worth popularizing in the community.
