摘要
改革开放以来,随着经济体制改革的发展,我国分配制度发生了深刻的调整与变化,即从单一的分配结构逐步发展为多元分配结构,从"先富"到"共享"的演变是贯穿其中的价值主线。目前我国的分配制度既体现了对共享发展的积极作用,也存在有悖于共享发展的消极方面,需要我们继续推进以共享发展为指导的分配制度改革,发挥按劳分配的主导作用,强化社会保障体系共享功能,完善公共服务机制,合理引导第三次分配。
With the development of economic system reform since reform and open up, the distribution system has adjusted and changed profoundly, which gradually developed from single distribution structure toward the diversified allocation pattern. It shows that, the evolution from ＂earlier prosperity＂ to ＂sharing＂ is the principal value line throughout the whole process. At present, the distribution system in China not only presents the positive act on sharing development, but also contains the negative aspect against sharing development. That is to say, it is necessary to continue promoting the reform of distribution system guided by sharing development.
