摘要
党的"十三五"规划纲要将"共享"列为必须牢固树立并切实贯彻的五大发展理念之一,并将其明确为中国特色社会主义发展的本质要求。本文在深入解读马克思收入分配理论基本内涵的同时,探讨共享发展的实现路径。实现全民共享发展成果的前提是解放生产力;要保障生产资料的配置公平,实现收入分配起点公平;要提高劳动报酬占比,实现收入分配的过程公平;要完善收入分配体系,实现收入分配的结果公平;最终实现共同富裕的中国梦。
The Party's'13th Five-Year Plan'makes'sharing'one of the five development concepts that must be firmly established and effectively implemented,and clearly define it the essential requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In this paper,the author deeply explores the basic connotation of Marx's theory of income distribution and discusses the realization path of shared development. The premise to achieve the sharing of development results with all the people is the liberation of productive forces. It is essential to ensure fair allocation of the means of production and realize the fair starting point of income distribution,to increase the proportion of labor remuneration and realize the fair process of income distribution,to improve the income distribution system and realize the fair results of income distribution,so as to realize the Chinese Dream of common prosperity eventually.
