摘要
电网企业在日常经营过程中积累了海量的数据。在售电侧改革背景下充分挖掘数据价值,向各类用户提供高价值的大数据运营服务,是电网企业应对售电市场竞争的重要手段。在定位大数据运营服务目标用户的基础上,分析了不同用户的服务需求,并初步探索规划了服务内容,有助于电网企业提高用户满意度,拓展赢利渠道,增强售电市场竞争力。
Power supply company has accumulated massive amounts of date in the daily business. To fully tap the value of data and provide high value large data operation services to various users are important means for power supply company to compete in the electricity market under the opening electricity retail side. Based on the goal of locating large data operation service users, this paper analyzes the service requirements of different users, and explores the service contents of the users, which helps power supply company to improve customer satisfaction, expand profit channels, enhance the competitiveness of the sale of electricity market.
