科技数据库用户满意度评价初探

摘要 目的:探讨科技数据库用户满意度的评价方法。方法:根据用户对科技数据库的感知质量、权威性、服务质量和满意度等指标,自行设计问卷,在昆明医科大学做现场个案研究。结果:各数据库的感知质量得分无统计学差异(P>0.05);权威性方面,CNKI得分最高,OVID得分最低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);各数据库的服务质量得分无统计学差异(P>0.05);在满意度方面,CNKI得分最高,万方数据库得分最低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论评价的初步结果与实际的点击数和其他评价方法一致,但是需要进一步现场调研加以验证。 Objective:To discuss the evaluation method of user's satisfaction of scientific and technological database.Methods:by applying self-designed questionnaire to implement case studies at the Kunming medical university. Results :There was no significant difference in the perceived quality score of each database(P>0.05);In authoritative aspect,CNKI scored the highest and OVID scored the lowest,with significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in service quality score of each database(P>0.05);In the aspect of satisfaction,CNKI scored the highest and Wanfang scored the lowest with significant difference(P<0.05);Conclusion The preliminary results of the evaluation are consistent with the actual number of clicks and other evaluation methods,but further investigation is required to test the hypothesis.
