摘要
售电侧放开是中国新一轮电力体制改革的关键。通过研究国外售电市场的发展趋势,汲取国外售电公司改革经验。结合中国电力市场现状,本文提出了基于互联网大数据开展的售电运营模式。通过对电改试点的研究,为未来中国电力市场改革和售电公司运营模式提供相关建议。
It is the key for the next reformation of Chinese electric power system to liberalize power sales side, reform experience is drew by studying the developing trend of foreign power sales market. Power sales operating model based on big date technology is proposed in combination with the actuality of Chinese power market. Based on the research of power reform test site, it is profitable for the reform of future power market in China and also referable for operating mode of power sales companies.
