摘要
半夏是一种经济性药用植物,土豆更是我国第四大重要的粮食作物,但是这类地下茎块类农作物的清洗和脱皮是一个复杂和繁琐的过程,并且是后续利用所必需的过程。为降低清洗脱皮过程中的人力物力消耗,提高清洗脱皮效率和效果,实现清洗脱皮的自动化,设计了一种滚筒式茎块类农作物清洗脱皮机,为地下茎块类农作物的有效清洗和全方位脱皮提供了一种新型设备。
Pinellia ternata is a kind of economic medicinal plants and potatoes is China′s fourth major food crops,but the cleaning and peeling of this kind of underground tuber crops is a complex and tedious process,which is necessary for subsequent use.In order to reduce consumption of manpower and material resources,improve the efficiency and effect of washing and peeling,automatic washing and peeling in the process,a drum-type washing and peeling machine is designed for tuber crops,which provides a new device for the effective cleaning and all direction peeling of the underground tuber crops.
