摘要
禽蛋开壳是含禽蛋类食品加工过程中的首要工序。经调研,现在大多数生产企业仍采用人工开壳的方法,劳动力密集、效率低。在此设计了CHJ新型对开式禽蛋开壳分离机,通过对多组禽蛋同时进行冲击、开缝、对开、分离、气压清理,实现了对禽蛋进行快速开壳的动作,具有结构简单、性能优良、效率高等优点。
Opening shell of poultry eggs is the primary process of food processing.By the research,most manufacturers still make use of the manual method of opening the shell,so that labor is too intensive and efficiency is too low.Therefore,here designs a CHJ new off-shell of poultry eggs separator,which implements the carcasses of poultry eggs for rapid opening moves,,through the multiple impact of poultry eggs to be slotted,outside,separation and depression cleared at the same time,and has some advantages,such as a simple structure,excellent performance and high efficiency and so on.
