摘要
螺旋定量给料器是冶金、石化等行业粉状物料定量投加的关键设备。根据中国石化安庆分公司石化污水生化处理粉末活性炭投加装置的使用要求,进行了高精度螺旋定量给料器的结构设计,确定了变频器调速、给料阀、传动轴密封等定量给料器的系统结构,最后,通过定量精度的测试,确认了其使用性能。该螺旋定量给料器在污水处理装置投用时定量投加了约60 t的粉末活性炭,正常运行时每天投加960 kg补充量。应用结果表明,该螺旋定量给料器符合设计要求,既保证了粉料的定量给料,又避免了环境二次污染及易燃易爆。
A screw quantitative feeder is key equipment for quantitative dosing for powdered materials in metallurgy, petrochemical and other industries. According to the requirements of use dosing equipment for powdered activated carbon in the biological wastewater treatment unit in Anqing Company China's SINOPEC, it designs the structural of the high precision screw quantitative feeder, and the system structure of the quantitative feeder, including the inverter to speed, feeding valve, drive shaft seals, etc, is determined. Finally, through the tests of quantification accuracy for the quantitative feeder, it confirmed its use performance. The screw quantitative feeder in the sewage treatment quantitatively dosed about 60 t of powdered activated carbon when the unit was put into use, and adds supplemented 960 kg per day during normal operation. The application results show that the screw quantitative feeder have met the design requirements, both to ensure the quantitative powder feeder, but also to avoid environmental pollution and secondary explosive.
