摘要
针对已有典型微量给粉装置,进行了分类和工作原理分析,依据螺旋-气动给粉装置的工作原理和结构特性,给出了关键设计参数和设计原则,导出了给粉量计算公式.利用自制的螺旋-气动给粉器,在30~380g/min给粉范围内,对电厂灰和滑石粉进行实验测试.结果表明,实测给粉量与计算给粉量符合度高,给粉性能稳定,可调范围大.
In this paper, all kinds of micro-feeder of fine powders are classified. The article introduces some of micro - feeder, analyses their working principle, and creates a calculating formula of feeding powder flow for screw feed -blowing feeder. It describes the system of construction, the shape of structure and important parameter of designing a screw micro - feeder. The feeding capacity of this micro-feeder is stationary and reliable in the feeding flow range of 30-380g/min, according to the experimental results of flue dust and talcum.
