摘要
针对区域高等教育学科专业建设对区域产业经济发展的推动功能的测度,采集云南省2001-2016年的统计资料,分析了云南高校学科专业建设与产业结构优化的协调发展现状。运用灰色关联分析,初步判断云南高等教育学科专业结构与产业结构的互动关系,并据此分析二者的理想协调状态;基于距离协调发展度模型研究了云南高等教育学科专业结构与产业结构的协调发展度。结果表明:二者协调度均在0.6左右,相对较高,发展度则均低于0.5,且综合协调发展度下降。在产业结构转型升级背景下,学科专业结构动态调整机制有待进一步提升并从精准化人才需求预测、浓厚的就业导向氛围打造、教育资源的聚合统筹等方面提出建议。
Aiming at the measure of the impetus function of regional higher education subject construction to the development of regional industrial economy,the statistical data of Yunnan Province from 2001 to 2016 were collected,and the coordinated development of Yunnan higher education subject construction and industrial structure optimization was analyzed. Firstly,the gray relational analysis is used to judge the interaction between the professional structure and the industrial structure of Yunnan higher education,and then the ideal coordination status of the two is determined. Secondly,the coordination development degree of the specialty structure and industrial structure of Yunnan higher education is measured based on the distance coordination development degree model. The results show that the coordination degree of the two is relatively high,the development degree is relatively low,and the comprehensive coordination development decreases. The higher education subject profession adjustment lags behind the need of the industrial structure transformation and upgrading. In the background of industrial restructuring and upgrading,the dynamic adjustment mechanism of subject professional structure needs to be further promoted. Finally,suggestions are put forward in the demand forecast of precise talents,the strong employment-oriented atmosphere and the overall co-ordination of educational resources.
