摘要
目的:探讨互联网+医疗服务模式在初诊2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1~4月49例初诊2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,接受常规门诊指导;选取2017年5~8月49例初诊2型糖尿病患者作为干预组,在常规门诊指导的基础上接受定期互联网+医疗服务模式干预。比较两组血糖控制情况、血糖控制、自我感受负担、疲劳程度和负性情绪。结果:干预后,两组血糖、餐后2 h血糖、经济负担、情感负担、身体负担、疲劳评定量表各因子得分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均优于入组时(P<0.05),干预组下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论:互联网+医疗服务模式对初诊2型糖尿病患者干预效果满意,能有效控制初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖,减轻自我感受负担、负性情绪,改善疲劳程度。
Objective： To investigate application effect of the Internet ＋ medical service mode in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： From January to April of 2017,49 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus as the control group received routine outpatient guidance; from May to August of 2017,49 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients as the observation group received regular Internet ＋ medical service mode intervention based on routine outpatient guidance on. The control of blood sugar,the burden of selffeeling,the degree of fatigue and the negative emotion were compared between the two groups. Results： After the intervention,the two groups＇ blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,economic burden,emotional burden,body burden,fatigue rating scale scores,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores and Self-rating Depression Scale scores were significantly better than those before the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. The decline in the observation group is more obvious（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The Internet ＋ medical service mode for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients can effectively control blood glucose,reduce the burden of self-feeling,negative emotions,improve the degree of fatigue.
