摘要
房地产行业的高速发展对工程项目管理提出了新的要求。提升建筑工程项目管理水平,推行精细化管理是完善项目管理制度的关键渠道。论文以精细化管理为切入点,阐述了当前房地产项目精细管理的必要性,并对项目管理发展现状展开分析,提出了精细化管理优化措施,旨在提升房地产行业经济效益,为精细化建筑工程项目管理提供方案参考。
The rapid development of the real estate industry has put forward new requirements for the project management. Improving the management level of construction projects and implementing fine management are the key channels for improving the system of project management. The paper takes fine management as the breakthrough point, and expounds the necessity of fine management of the real estate project, and analyzes the development status of the project management, and puts forward the optimization measures for fine management. The purpose is to improve the economic benefit of the real estate industry and provide a reference for the fine construction project management.
