摘要
科学的建筑管理方法可以有效提升建筑工程的质量,精细化管理作为一种有效的管理模式,已经逐渐应用到了各个行业的项目管理当中并取得了良好的效果。基于此,论文首先简要介绍了建筑施工项目中应用精细化管理的必要性,随后从三个方面给出了在建筑施工项目过程中应用精细化管理的策略,以此来供相关人士交流参考。
Scientific construction management methods can effectively improve the quality of construction projects. As an effective management mode, fine management has been gradually applied to project management in various industries and achieved good results. Based on this, this paper firstly introduces the necessity of applying fine management in construction projects, and then gives the strategies of applying fine management in construction projects from three aspects, so as to provide some reference for the exchange of relevant personnel.
