摘要
目的:探讨手术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:收治急性化脓性阑尾炎患者52例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组采用阑尾切除手术治疗。结果:观察组住院时间、肠道功能恢复时间和并发症发生例数均显著少于对照组。结论:手术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎的临床效果显著。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis.Methods：52 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group was treated by appendectomy.Results：In the the observation group,the operation time,the time of hospitalization,the recovery time of intestinal function,the rate of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion：The clinical effect of surgical treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis was significant.
