摘要
目的分析肱骨中远段骨折采用改良外侧入路及前外侧入路的手术效果。方法对照组采用前外侧入路手术治疗。观察组采用改良外侧入路手术治疗。对比两组手术情况及整体恢复情况。结果观察组手术时间及术中桡神经损伤率优于对照组。两组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、术后1年肘关节屈曲/伸直范围及MEPS评分均差异无统计学意义。结论采用改良外侧入路手术治疗肱骨中远段骨折疗效确切,术式便捷,有效保护桡神经。
Objective To analyze the effect of the amelioration lateral approach and the anterolateral approach of the distal humeral fracture. Methods The control group was treated with the anterolateral approach. The observation group was treated with modified lateral approach. The operation situation and the overall recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group and the rate of radial nerve injury in the operation were significantly better than those in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups of intraoperative bleeding, fracture healing time, elbow flexion/extension range and MEPS in 1 year after operation. Conclusion The modified lateral approach is effective in the treatment of middle and distal humeral fractures, and the operation is convenient and more protective of the radial nerve.
