摘要
目的观察大黄牡丹汤加减配合手术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法将88例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者分为观察组和对照组各44例。对照组采取腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组加用大黄牡丹汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、排气时间、通便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间、并发症情况。结果治疗后总有效率观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。排气时间、通便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间观察组均短语对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大黄牡丹汤加减配合手术治疗急性化脓性阑尾炎,可提高临床疗效,短缩治疗时间,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Dahuang Mudan Decoction combined with operation on acute suppurative appendicitis.Method Eighty-eight cases of acute suppurative appendicitis were divided into observation group and control group,44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with Dahuang Mudan Decoction.The clinical efficacy,exhaust time,defecation time,recovery time of bowel sounds,hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaust time,defecation time,recovery time of bowel sounds and hospitalization time of the observation group were all better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complications between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Dahuang Mudan Decoction combined with surgery for acute suppurative appendicitis can improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the treatment time,and is worthy of promoting.
