摘要 介绍了G97风电轮毂铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺:采用劈箱造型工艺,制作专用砂箱及芯骨;采用拔塞包浇注,浇注系统中使用Si C泡沫陶瓷过滤片挡渣,浇注温度1 360~1 370℃,浇注时间280 s左右。生产结果显示:(1)G97轮毂砂铁比由原来的4.2降到0.95,大量减少型砂用量,从而降低生产成本;(2)铸件尺寸满足CT11级要求;(3)满足超声波探伤关键区域2级、其余区域3级的要求;(4)磁粉检测发现轮毂底面(迎风面)内侧存在夹渣缺陷,经打磨确认最大渣层厚度小于5 mm,去除渣层后,铸件达到规范要求。 The casting structure and technical requirements of the Gg? wind power wheel hub was introduced. The production process and method of this casting was decribed in detail:split box molding process was used, special molding boxes and core rod (frame) were made,stop pouring basin was used to pour iron melt,and foam ceramic filter was used for slag skimming, pouring temperature was of 1 360-1 370 ℃,pouring time was about 280 s. The production result showed: (1)The sand/iron melt ratio of the G97 wheel hub was reduced from original 4.2 to 0.95, consumption amount of the molding sand was largely reduced and thereby the production cost was decreased.(2)The casting dimensional accuracy met requirements of CT11 class. (3)The ultrasonic flaw detection result met the requirements of 2 class in key area and 3 class in other areas. (4)It was discovered by magnetic particle detection that there slag defect existing in the inner side of the bottom (windward) surface, and it was cofirmed after grinding the maximum slag layer thickness was less than 5 mm, and after the slag layer was removed, the casting had met specification requirement.
