摘要
薄壁铸钢件,尤其是超薄和重型中、高碳高铬合金钢铸钢件的铸造生产难度较大.在薄壁高合金钢轮毂(平均壁厚27 mm)的铸造工艺中采取了钢水VD处理、合理的上升速度、合理的芯骨设计及内浇口合理分布等有效措施,在实际生产上取得了成功.
Thin-walled steel castings, particularly ultra-thin heavy medium- or high-carbon high- chromium steel castings, are more difficult to be produced. In producing thin-walled high alloy steel hub casting 27 mm in average thick, some measures, including VD treatment of molten steel, reasonable elevating speed, reasonable design of core bar, preferable distribution of gate runner, etc, were adopted, and, as a result, the thin-walled high alloy steel hubs have been successfully produced.
