摘要
离心铸造是将液体金属浇入旋转的铸型中,使液体金属在离心力的作用下充填铸型和凝固形成的一种铸造方法,为了防止白口,保护模具需要在模具内腔涂上一层涂料,目前国内离心铸造涂敷方式大都为人工喷涂,涂料很难控制均匀,本文通过设计离心铸造数字化喷涂机构、实现涂料喷涂量的数字化控制、局部涂料喷涂厚度的数字化控制,解决了人工喷涂料喷敷不均匀,造成废品高的难题。
Centrifugal casting is a kind of casting method which pours liquid metal into rotating casting mould and fills and solidifies liquid metal under the action of centrifugal force. In order to prevent whiteness and protect the mould, it is necessary to coat the inner cavity of the mould with a layer of paint. At present, most of the coating methods of centrifugal casting in China are manual spraying, and it is difficult to control uniformity of the coating. In this paper, the digital spraying mechanism of centrifugal casting is designed to realize the digital control of paint spraying quantity and the digital control of local paint spraying thickness. The problem of uneven spraying of manual spraying paint and high waste product is solved.
