摘要
利用Quatrics平台,面向英国高校图书馆展开网上调查,获取来自53家英国高校图书馆学科馆员的职位称谓、学科馆员最重要的5项专业素养、学科馆员人才队伍建设机制的数据,并利用SPSS进行数据分析可以发现,英国高校图书馆呈现出"学科型"和"功能型"学科服务模式并行的态势;学习能力、适应能力、协同能力和表达能力是英国高校图书馆学科馆员4大核心能力。国内高校图书馆学科馆员队伍建设应根据本馆的定位,梳理和总结出学科馆员应具备的核心素养和基本素养,强调学习、适应、协同和表达能力,并以此作为人才招聘的重要标准。
The online survey is aimed at finding out the job title, the top 5 attributes for UK subject librarians and what the library management does to maintain and enhance the competence of UK subject librarians. SPSS is used to analyze the data. The results show that there are two models （subject-based and functional） for su-ect librarians in British academic tibraries. The ability to learn quickly, flexibility, cooperative ability and presentation skill are the top 4 attributes. The British academic libraries use many ways to maintain and enhance the competence of subject librarians. Domestic university libraries should sort out and summarize the core and essential attributes for subject librarians based on the orientation of specific libraries, lay tress on the ability to learn, flexibility, coordination and presentation and use them as an important standard for recruitment.
