摘要
基于“知识交流论”及“知识地图”理论阐述可以发现,图书馆学术交流馆员的岗位设置具备一定的理论依据。从战略规划、培训发展模式、培训项目特点、REF细指标分析四方面论述剑桥大学学术交流馆员培训项目发展特征,借鉴其经验,我国高校图书馆学术交流馆员设置与发展应注意以下四方面:制定图书馆学术交流战略规划方向,设置专职学术交流岗位;顶层设计详细完善的培训发展机制;开展年度职业发展评估计划;认真研读学科评估细则,开拓学术交流服务新思路。
Based on the theories of "knowledge communication" and "knowledge map",this paper expounds that the post setting of scholarly communication librarians has certain theoretical basis.Development characteristics of scholarly communication librarians programs in the University of Cambridge are studied from the following four aspects,strategic planning,training development model,training program characteristics,and REF(Research Excellence Framework) detailed index analysis.Learing from its experiences,setting and development of schorlarly communication librarians in academic librarians in China should formulate strategic planning direction of scholarly communication and set up specific posts,design detailed and perfect training and development mechanism from the top level,launch an annual career development assessment program,study discipline evaluation rules to open up new ideas of academic communication service.
