长庆气田高含乳化油采出液物性分析 被引量:4

摘要 长庆神木气田采出液中乳化油含量较高,严重影响自然沉降油水分离效果,给采出液处理系统的平稳运行带来较大困难。天然气气质组分及采气过程中添加的泡排剂、压裂液等物质均对乳化油的形成有一定影响,经对水质化验、沉降试验及室内乳化试验、生产运行等的综合性分析表明:神木气田采出液高含乳化油的两个主要原因是天然气中C3以上含量较高及采气过程中投加的泡排剂,且投加的泡排剂对后续的破乳效果有较大影响。 The produced water in Changqing Shenmu Gas Field has high content of emulsified oil,which affects the natural subsidence effect of oil and water separation seriously and brings great difficulty to the smooth operation of the produced fluid processing system.Natural gas components and the addition of bubbles fracturing fluid and other substances have certain impact on the formation of emulsified oil.Through comprehensive analysis including water quality test,sedimentation test and indoor emulsion test,production and operation,it is concluded that the two major reasons for the high content of emulsi-dosed during the gas production process which has great impact on demulsification effect.
